साबिक कालिका गा.बि.स. बाट श्री जन शक्ति नि.मा. बि. बाट सरुवा भै २०७२साल साउन मा यस श्री बाल जाग्रिति आधारभूत विद्यालय आउदा यस विद्यालयमा कक्षा १-५ सन्चालन रहेको र म यस विद्यालयमा आउदा ९५ % विद्यार्थि दलितसमुदयको रहेको र केहि अन्य समुदायको रहेको पाईयो । यस विद्यालयमा आउदा बिद्यालयको २ ओटा ब्लक मात्र रहेको र मा यस विद्यालयमा बाहिय सहयोग कतैबाट पनि नगरिएको पाइएको यहाको स्थानिय र विद्यालय परिवारबाट बुझिएको, मा आउदा यस विद्यालयको सस्थापक प्रधानाध्यापक श्री दान बहादुर सुनार र विध्यालय व्याबस्थापन समितिको सस्थापक अध्यक्ष श्री हर्क बहादुर सुनार रहनु भएको थियो । म आउदा यस विद्यालयमा को एक राहत, दुइ बाल बिकाश र ३ निजि र एक कर्माचारि गरि ७ जना विद्यालयको परिवार रहेको थियो । यस विद्यालयमा सुकम्बसि बस्तिका बालबालिकाहरु अधिकांस पाढने हुदा यहा भर्ना क्रममा धेरे बालबालिकाहरु हुने बिचमा बालबालिकाहरु अभिभावक संग भारत जाने आउने गरेको पाइएको छ । म २०७२ साल मा प्रधानाध्यपक भै सके पछि २०७६/०७७ मा थप एक ब्लक परेको हो । यस विद्यालयमा सौचालय एक मात्र हुदा बलबालिकाहरुलइ दिशापिसाब गर्न समस्य हुदा बारम्बार शिक्षा शाखा स्थानिय तहमा माग गर्दा पनि कुनै सुनुवाई नहुदा सौचालयको निकै समस्या रहेको छ । हाल यस विद्यालयको विद्यालयको सनो गेट र ५५ मिटर पर्खाल निर्माण भएको छ विद्यालय वरीपरीको बातावरण हाल टिक,लिप्टिक र खयरको बिरुवा गरि ५८ बिरुवा रहेको छ विद्यार्थी खेल्ने चउर र विद्यालय धेरबार १० कठ्ठ जति रहेको छ ।
Transferred from the former Kalika VDC's Shree Jan Shakti Lower Secondary School, I joined Shree Bal Jagriti Basic School in Shrawan 2072 BS. At the time of my arrival, classes 1 to 5 were being operated, and I found that 95% of the students belonged to the Dalit community, with a few from other communities. When I arrived, the locals and the school family informed me that the school had only two blocks and had not received any external assistance from anywhere. The founding Headmaster of the school was Mr. Dan Bahadur Sunar, and the founding Chairman of the School Management Committee was Mr. Harka Bahadur Sunar. At that time, the school family consisted of 7 staff members: 1 relief (Rahat) teacher, 2 Early Childhood Development (Bal Bikash) teachers, 3 private teachers, and 1 staff member.
Since most of the students studying here are from the squatter (Sukumbasi) settlement, there is a high enrollment during admission time, but many children frequently migrate back and forth to India along with their parents. After becoming the Headmaster in 2072 BS, an additional block was received in 2076/2077 BS. Currently, there is a severe problem with toilets as there is only one, causing great difficulty for children to relieve themselves, and despite repeated requests to the local education section and local level, there has been no response. At present, the school has a small gate and a 55-meter boundary wall constructed. The surrounding environment includes 58 trees of teak, eucalyptus, and khair. The school premises, including the student playground and total land area, cover approximately 10 Kathhas.
