शिक्षा समाजको सर्वाङ्गीण विकास, बालबालिकाको भविष्यको रूपान्तरण र सीमान्तकृत समुदायको उत्थानको आधारशिला हो। कञ्चनपुरको यस दक्षिणी भेगका सुकुम्बासी र वञ्चित दलित समुदायका बालबालिका शिक्षाबाट वञ्चित नहून् भन्ने पवित्र उद्देश्यका साथ हाम्रो श्री बाल जाग्रिति आधारभूत विद्यालय स्थापना गरिएको थियो।
विस २०५९ सालमा एउटा सानो टहरोमा अनौपचारिक पाठशालाको रूपमा यसको सामान्य सुरुवात भएदेखि नै, स्थानीय संस्थापकहरू, शिक्षकहरू, अभिभावकहरू र समुदायका सदस्यहरूको अथक समर्पणका कारण यस संस्थाले भौतिक पूर्वाधारको अभाव र आर्थिक कठिनाइदेखि प्रशासनिक तथा सीमासम्बन्धी समस्याहरू जस्ता थुप्रै अवरोधहरू पार गर्दै आएको छ।
आज, हामी हाम्रा बालबालिकालाई सुलभ प्राथमिक शिक्षा प्रदान गर्न र विद्यालयको परिसर विकास गर्न पाउँदा गर्व महसुस गर्छौं, तथापि हामीले अझै पनि गम्भीर चुनौतीहरूको सामना गरिरहनु परेको छ। हाम्रा बालबालिकाका लागि पर्याप्त सरसफाइ सुविधा (शौचालय) को अभाव एउटा गम्भीर समस्याको रूपमा रहेको छ, जसका लागि स्थानीय निकाय र सरोकारवालाहरूको तुरुन्त ध्यान र सहयोग आवश्यक छ।
विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिको अध्यक्षको नाताले, अप्ठ्यारो परिस्थितिमा समेत यस विद्यालयलाई सहयोग गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण समाजसेवक, दाता, शिक्षक, अभिभावक र सुरक्षा/प्रशासनिक निकायहरूलाई म हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्न चाहन्छु। अगाडि बढ्दै गर्दा, विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति, प्रशासन र शिक्षकहरूसँग मिलेर शिक्षाको गुणस्तर बढाउन, विद्यालयको पूर्वाधार सुधार गर्न र हाम्रा ढोकाबाट भित्र छिर्ने प्रत्येक बालबालिकाको उज्ज्वल र सशक्त भविष्य सुनिश्चित गर्न पूर्ण रूपमा प्रतिबद्ध छ।

Education is the foundational pillar for the holistic development of a society, the transformation of children's futures, and the elevation of marginalized communities. Our Shree Bal Jagriti Basic School was established with a sacred objective: to ensure that the children of the squatter (Sukumbasi) and underprivileged Dalit communities in this southern region of Kanchanpur are not deprived of education.
Since its humble inception as an informal pathshala in a small hut back in 2059 BS, this institution has overcome numerous hurdles—ranging from lack of physical infrastructure and financial constraints to administrative and border-related challenges—thanks to the relentless dedication of local founders, teachers, parents, and community members.
Today, while we take immense pride in providing accessible primary education to our children and developing our school premises, we still face critical challenges. The lack of adequate sanitation facilities (toilets) for our students remains a pressing issue that requires urgent attention and support from local authorities and stakeholders.
As the Chairperson, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the social workers, donors, teachers, parents, and security/administrative bodies who have supported this school through its thick and thin. Moving forward, the School Management Committee, along with the administration and teachers, remains firmly committed to enhancing the quality of education, improving school infrastructure, and securing a bright, empowered future for every child who walks through our gates.
